PURIM 5785

  • Thursday, March 13, 2025

We'll be Defying Gravity with a kids carnival, Megillah reading, auction, festive drinks and hamantaschen — all benefitting the CBS Preschool scholarship fund.

To allow those to observe the Fast of Esther, a Purim Seudah — “festive Purim meal” — will be served at the time of the Megillah reading, ~7:45pm. Since children (B’nai Mitzvah age, 12 and under) are not obligated to fast, kid-friendly food will be available throughout the evening.

As part of our fundraising efforts, we are seeking donations for our Silent Auction. Do you have goods, services, experiences, high end bottles of wine or special talents to share? Your generosity can make a meaningful difference in supporting families in need. If you would like to contribute, please contact Dale Kleisley at dkleisley@bethsholomsf.org.
