Aviva Chatoff’s Bat Mitzvah

Aviva is entering 8th grade in the fall. She had always had a passion for sciences and aspires to become an ophthalmologist. Beyond classroom, Aviva enjoys playing piano, singing, baking, camping, traveling, spending time with family and her two dogs. Recently, she discovered a newfound love for kayaking.

As part of wanting to give back to the community, Aviva has been playing piano at the senior centers. She loves the seniors’ kindness, support, and delightful sense of humor and really loves sharing the joy of music with them.

Aviva would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Marylin Heiss for teaching her to read Torah, and to Rabbi Russell for her support and guidance.

She is grateful to be supported by her parents, Phillip and Margarita, and by her younger brother, Joshua.
