Our Staff

Rabbi Glazer is the spiritual leader of Congregation Beth Sholom. (To schedule a meeting with Rabbi Glazer, please Ariel, his assistant.)

Rabbi Aubrey L. Glazer

Spiritual Leader


Works with prospective and new members, and coordinates membership renewal and High Holy Days ticket sales. Works with Board to spearhead synagogue development strategies.

Acting Executive Director

Executive Assistant

Develops CBS Family Preschool curriculum and supervises faculty.

Katherine Friedman Barboni

Director of Early Childhood Education


Responsible for assisting the Director of Early Childhood Education in running the CBS Family Preschool, as well as for planning and implementing new preschool programs.

Dale Kleisley

Asst. Dir. of Early Childhood Education


Oversees the CBS Shabbat School Program. Creates strong Jewish identities and a love of lifelong Jewish learning for our youth.

Rebecca Goodman

Director of Youth Education


Oversees synagogue finances, budget, and issues related to restricted and endowment funds.

Interim Director of Finance

Congregant & volunteer coordinating all b'nai mitzvah planning and preparation.

Bar & Bat Mitzvah Coordinator

Remote contractor responsible for all CBS editorial content (copy, graphics, & photography) in both internal and external communications materials and media.

Communications: Judith Deanne OConnor

Responsible for kiddush food production, menu planning, and coordination. Also manages food for all school lunches, community dinners, and other events.

Executive Chef

Teaches music in the CBS Preschool and Shabbat School programs. Co-leads Kabbalat Shabbat and PJ Shabbat Services. Leads Family Shabbat Service on Saturdays.

Music Specialist

Advises and leads CBS USY and Kadima community. Serves as the lead Teen Educator for CBS Shabbat School program.
